Water Therapy is a gentle form of rehabilitation that minimizes the stress on joints while maintaining resistance to exercise muscles.
To better serve my patients I completed my internship and residency at UC Davis, after graduating from Colorado State University, College of Veterinary Medicine. To further my orthopedic skills, I completed additional training at Ohio State University and at the A.O. Institute in Davos, Switzerland. I started SWACC to create a place for local pet owners to access veterinary services, day care, boarding and grooming from one trusted provider. In addition to my patients that I care for like family, I have three dogs named Knucklehead, Poly and Ester.
It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to become a veterinarian. After completing my degree from Texas A&M University School of Veterinary Medicine, I chose to specialize in small animal medicine and surgery. I love being part of the SWACC veterinary team and getting to care for so many wonderful pets. When I’m not at the clinic, I’m spending time with my own pets, Lupita and Tucker.
Becoming a veterinarian fulfills my childhood ambitions. My passion is to care for animals and it’s a thrill to be a part of my patients’ lives. I specialize in small animal general practice and take great pride in being able to care for these special furry members of local families. My own pups include a Pomeranian-Poodle mix named Hurley and an English Cream Golden Retriever named Breckenridge.
